Saturday 28 November
- Second Sight exhibition opens at 2pm.
Finnish and Swedish art and design, Copper Smithy. - Fiskars Museum
Traditional Christmas Exhibition opens in the main building at 11am.
Free guided tours in the main building in Swedish at 11am and Finnish at 2pm.
Mini exhibition featuring Pettson's and Findus's Christmas opens at the old bakery at 11am. Book reading by Pettson at 11am in Swedish and 2pm in Finnish.
Christmas decoration workshop at the Slaggbyggnaden 11am-4pm. Come and make your own decorations with Findus the Cat! Materials fee €2 per person.

The small Christmas elves at 1pm-2pm - Learn about candlemaking at the Desico candle factory (in Finnish) at 11am, 1pm and 3pm.
- Winter wonders matinee concert with Kaija Kärkinen, Ile Kallio and students from the MLL Fiskari dance school at the Assembly Hall at 4pm. Free admission.
- Fiskars-based community arts group CulturaMobila and winter spectacle:
A Wedding of Opposites at 6pm Live music, giant puppets, fire-sculpture, street theatre, shadow play and atmospheric lantern procession through the village. Bring along own lantern! Free entrance. CANCELLED DUE TO ILLNESS!

Events on other days
- Lantern Day in Fiskars Friday 20 Nov. The village school opens its doors to all eager lantern makers (adult too)! Drop by between 9am and 9pm to make your own lantern under guidance of CulturaMobila's staff.
- Bianco Blu Saturday 21 November: blow your own glass items for a special price €30 adults per item, children €20 per item. By advance booking.
- Orvis Pro Shop Coffee and ginger cookies served on weekends.

Opening hours
During the Christmas season, most shops are open Tue-Sun noon-5pm, some daily. Detailed information at Services. On Independence Day 6 December all shops are closed. Restaurant Fiskars Wärdshus is open.
