1) Guided tour of Fiskars Village
During a guided tour, a local guide will tell you about the history and traditions of the village, show you the key sights and provide you with a glimpse of Fiskars today as a village of artists, artisans and designers. The tour can be made either in your group's own bus or on foot. The maximum number of participants on a walking tour is 25.
- The fee for the guided tour is to be paid directly to the guide.
- An extra fee of 15% is added if the guide is required to guide in several languages during the tour.
- Languages available: Finnish, Swedish, English, German, Russian
- Please note that in the event of a cancellation less than 2 days prior to a booked tour, the full fee is charged.
- Price per group 2013: Mon-Sat 75 €, Sundays and public holidays 112,50 €. Invoicing fee 5 €.

2) Stories and artisans of the Upper Village-tour
During a guided tour, a local guide will tell you about the history of the Fiskars Upper Village and introduce you to some of the Upper Village's shops and artisans. The tour includes visits in Isidoro jewellery shop (max. 25 pax), Desico candle shop and Garden Shop Tahvoset (in summer). After the guided tour you can also visit the Fiskars Museum. Entrance fees to the museum are paid separately (5 €/ person or 3 €/ person from groups).

3) Guided tour of Fiskars Museum
Fiskars Village is not a museum – but we sure have one! Fiskars Museum specializes in local cultural history, presenting the work, living conditions and everyday life of villagers from the late 19th century to the late 1940s. The museum is located in the Upper Village in the former engineering works office, with additional exhibition space in the old canteen and storage building across the road in the summer. You can visit the museum on your own if you prefer, but a guided tour is highly recommended.

4) Chocolate tasting
Petri’s Chocolate Room is a chocolate lover’s paradise, with tastings for deeper understanding and indulgence. The tasting includes a presentation of the history and treatment of cocoa and chocolate making by Petri Sirén.
- Duration: 1 to 1,5 hours or as requested

5) Try your hand at a creative skill
Have a go at a new craft and get acquainted with the work of an artisan.
In small groups, you can visit workshops and create objects by yourself. The forge, the glassblower’s workshop and the Paperhouse are situated side by side, and Daniel Enckell's studio is located some 4 km from Fiskars, in Pohja.
Glassblowing
In Bianco Blu you can admire the professionals at work and learn how to blow glass and fashion an object for yourself!

Forge
There is a strong tradition of blacksmithing in Fiskars, and the smith Upi Anttila was one of the first artisans who settled in contemporary Fiskars. During your visit, you can forge a souvenir for yourself, guided by expert blacksmiths.

Paper House
Get to know the history and methods of making paper, and create a sheet of your own paper. The equipment and instruments in the workshops give you a good understanding of the various stages of papermaking.

Daniel Enckell’s studio
The visual artist Daniel Enckell presents his art through courses and lectures. His studio is located in Pohja, some 4 km from Fiskars.
- Demonstration and presentation: duration approx. 1 hour, €135 per group
- Creation of your own painting: duration approx. 1.5 hours, €40 per person, max 12 participants
- Landscape painting course in Fiskars according to the skills of the group: duration min 2 days, 5 hours per day, €225 per person per 2 days or €375 per person per 5 days; min. 6, max. 12 participants; material fee included. 6) Exhibitions
The high-quality art exhibitions arranged all year round in Fiskars make a great addition to your itinerary. You can visit the exhibitions on your own, but we recommend a guided tour.

7) Meals and snacks
There are two high-quality restaurants in Fiskars village, both with a special focus on local products and specialties. Book directly with the restaurants! Cafés offer morning or afternoon coffee or tea with sweet or savory snacks. The Kuparipaja restaurant can cater for large groups.

8) Outdoor recreation
The rich natural surroundings, woods and lakes of Fiskars provide a superb setting for various activities for individuals or groups all year round. How about paddling on a wilderness lake, taking a nice guided walk along the Tree Species Path or having a bit of fun on an adventure track?
