Rights

The image bank is the property of Fiskars Corporation. Images can be published without remuneration but subject to a separate contract. The publishing rights cannot be sold or passed on to a third party.
Copyright remains with the holder of the rights to the images, which is Fiskars Corporation. In all image use Fiskars Corporation and the name of the individual photographer must be acknowledged as the source.
Images can be used together with editorial content. Publishing an image requires the mention of Fiskars Village in conjunction with the image.
